How much do I have to drink Zaječické for it to work?

The amount of Zaječická needed to dissolve the contents of the intestines with Zaječická depends on the size of the person. The larger the volume that needs to be dissolved, the more Zaječická we will need. The dosage is therefore completely individual, for an adult it is possible to start by drinking 2 dcl and monitoring the effect, which should appear within approximately an hour. It is widely known that a dose of 4 dcl is considered the highest reasonable dose, further dosing usually does not make sense.

:
Can I somehow suppress the bitter taste of Zaječická?

A centuries-proven recipe recommends mixing Zaječická with Bílinská kyselka, resulting in a reaction that suppresses the bitter taste of Zaječická. Everyone can choose the mixing ratio as they wish.

:
Is Zaječická suitable for traveling?

Travel constipation is a common problem that makes vacations unpleasant or makes it impossible for athletes to perform at their peak on tours. Thanks to its natural purity, Zaječická is an ideal helper here. In addition, it does not introduce substances into the athletes' blood that interfere with anti-doping tests.

:
What is the MAXIMUM amount of Jaječicka I can drink?
Centuries of practical experience shows that a dose of around 4 dcl is sufficient even for the most severe cases of constipation. It is therefore not important to exceed this dose in any way. Higher amounts, for example more than one bottle (more than 0,5L) will not be harmful thanks to the low sodium content in Zaječická.
:
Can I use Zaječická long-term?
The magic of Zaječická lies in the possibility of long-term use. Thanks to its mechanical action, Zaječická does not form a habit, as in the case of the use of some other preparations. Thanks to its good composition, it is well tolerated even by sensitive organisms, and long-term use is not a problem.
:
Can I take Zaječická after colon surgery?
This is a question for the attending physician, who knows the exact condition of a particular patient. In general, however, Zaječická can be recommended by a doctor as a support agent after this type of surgery.
:
When is the best time to drink Zaječická?

Here it depends on the intended effect.

Acute constipation
If it is an acute solution to the problem of constipation and the effective dose is to achieve the physical dissolution of the contents of the intestines (200-400 ml), we can drink Zaječická immediately and count on the effect within an hour

Regular digestive rhythm
If the intended effect is to achieve a regular digestive rhythm and the dose is approximately 100 to 150 ml, it is ideal to drink Zaječická before going to bed. In the morning, emptying occurs naturally without any adverse effects.

Detoxifier and source of magnesium
If we drink Zaječická as a natural detoxifier and source of magnesium, it is sufficient to drink approximately 50 to 100 ml on an empty stomach.

:
How is Zaječická used as a detoxifier?
A dose of around 1 dcl (100 ml) in the evening has proven effective for the intake of sulfates for metabolic processes facilitating the excretion of toxins from the body. This dose does not yet have "laxative" effects, but it can improve morning bowel movements and induce a regular digestive rhythm.
:
Doesn't Zaječická contain too much potassium (K)?
ZAEČICKÁ contains 768 mg of potassium per liter.
A half-liter bottle therefore contains 384 mg, while an effective laxative dose of 2 deci contains 154 mg of potassium. Let's compare this with other foods: For example, a 115-gram banana contains 375 mg of potassium, 154 grams of cooked salmon contains 780 mg of potassium, a 136-gram potato contains 500 mg and one cup of milk has 375 mg of potassium. Therefore, ZAJEČICKÁ is not a source of magnesium in the daily intake of basic foods.
:
Does Zaječická contain bitter salt (table salt)?
Zaječická does not contain table salt. The name "bitter salt" evokes the idea that every salt is essentially similar. A whole group of chemical compounds are called "salts", but they have completely different compositions and different uses. Table salt, contained, for example, in seawater, is sodium chloride. We like it in food, but not in high concentrations in drinks. When drinking seawater, the body is oversaturated with sodium, so salty water is toxic in large quantities. The so-called "bitter salt" is magnesium sulfate. Although it is not toxic, the body retains it in the intestines because it mistakenly considers it a harmful salt. However, this erroneous reaction of the body is a great coincidence that causes a perfect laxative effect. When drinking Zaječická, we achieve intestinal hydration and can therefore easily empty them naturally.
